

1 cup of almond butter
1 large egg
1/3 cup of maple syrup
1/2 cup of unsweetened desiccated coconut
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 180 Celsius.
Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl. *
Scoop small spoonfuls of the sticky mixture onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Allow to cool. Enjoy!
* I have made these without dessicated coconut and a sprinkle of salt on top. Both equally lovely.
